Rossell School of Learning

An important and critical aspect of our operations is learning and development. The company has established its own in-house Rossell School of Learning (RSL) to undertake Rossell specific, Industry specific and customer specific, round-the-year, training programs, The RSL has its own exclusive infrastructure and trained Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in teaching pedagogy. The methodology of learning is based on “Any Time, Any Device, Any Place” learning, supported by an eco-system of partners. Long term Industry – academic partner relationships too are fostered. The RSL shall soon be ISO29993 certified (recognition of learning outside of formal education).

It is a testament to our culture of excellence, ensuring highest levels of operational process hygiene with the ultimate goal of customer delight. Certifications include AS 9100: 2016, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 27001: 2013, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 37001: 2016, NADCAP AC7121, ISO17025 certified, ISO 31000 compliance certified, NIST SP 800-171 compliance audited, and CMMC 2.0 readiness audited. It is also a CEMILAC approved design house for airborne applications. In addition, the US subsidiary- Rossell Techsys Inc, is also AS9100:2016 certified.

The journey began in 2014, with the mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry. As the inaugural Industry sponsor for the “Learn and Earn” program, the legacy continues. Educational offerings encompass contemporary courses that blend practical skills with knowledge to enhance employability. To date over 800+ students have already benefited from these transformative initiatives, and many have secured their first employment opportunities with Rossell.

With unwavering commitment to minimizing ecological impact the company has embraced green business practices that include energy conservation, eliminating use of paper in its operations for increased sustainability. The state-of-the-art campus, in its first phase, has been awarded “GOLD” rating by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) for sustainability. The company aims to achieve “Platinum” rating at the end of the second phase. Waste reduction is a top priority, and innovative methods to repurpose materials and resources, are proactively pursued. The principles of “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle” are nurtured and encouraged.
