Creating Opportunities, Building Futures:
Boeing India and Rossell Techsys Advance Aerospace Skilling
Bengaluru, India: As India’s aerospace sector grows, developing skilled talent remains critical. To address this need, Boeing India and Rossell Techsys have launched an initiative under the Boeing Kaushal Program, connecting talent with opportunity, skills with employment and potential with purpose. Implemented by Rossell Techsys, the three-month Basic Wire Harness Training Program combines classroom learning with hands-on industry experience, preparing participants for careers in aerospace and defense manufacturing. The new initiative was launched in the presence of Ashwani Bhargava, senior director, supply chain management, Boeing and Senthil Balasubramanian, chief executive officer, Rossell Techsys, reinforcing a shared commitment to building a skilled and inclusive aerospace workforce.
Breaking Social and Employment Barriers
For many Divyaang individuals, access to relevant skills and employment can open pathways to greater confidence, independence, and economic opportunity. The mother of a Divyaang participant shared, “Rossell did not just give my son a job. It gave him confidence, purpose, and a platform to prove his abilities.” For her and many families, the transformation goes far beyond employment.
Building a More Inclusive Future
Through the Kaushal program, Boeing is working with its partners to develop structured training pathways that support sustainable employment and deepen indigenous aerospace manufacturing capability. Since 2014, through this long-standing partnership, Boeing India and Rossell Techsys have consistently built a strong talent pipeline, with nearly 95% continuing in employment. The most recent graduating cohort achieved 100% employment absorption through Rossell Techsys. Today, the program’s impact is evident in the confidence restored, barriers broken, and lives transformed, as Boeing India and Rossell Techsys continue to expand access to aerospace skilling and employment, helping shape a capable and future-ready workforce.
