An alumnus of Suffolk University, Massachusetts, USA, Rishab brings expertise in marketing management and excels at building strategic partnerships with global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their Tier- 1 partners. Rishab’s passion and commitment to aviation includes his experience as a non-certified pilot.
His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in the company’s expansion and success in the highly competitive aerospace and defense sector.
His leadership is characterized by a blend of youthful energy and strategic foresight, making him a pivotal figure in the company’s continued growth and innovation.
His diverse interests include exploring uncharted destinations, immersing himself in different cultures and cuisines. A travel enthusiast, he values the insights gained from his global explorations, which he leverages to drive international business growth.
Prabhat Kumar Bhagvandas, fondly known as PKB, is the one of the founding members of Rossell Techsys which commenced operations in 2011. Currently serving as the CEO of Rossell Techsys Inc. and Advisor to Rossell Techsys Limited, he operates from the USA. He drives and co-champions the enterprise vision and global strategy.
An industry veteran with career spanning more than 44 years, PKB has held several leadership positions handling a diverse portfolio of responsibilities in many industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Industrial Automation and Controls and Data Networking.
He is a start-up specialist and has started up various offshore development centers and VC funded technology companies. Prior to joining Rossell Techsys, he had significant stints at Vizag Steel, CMC Limited, Portal Player, LVL7 Systems and Broadcom. He has a scholastic background in Electronics and Communication and a master’s degree in business management.
He is well-travelled, an avid reader, philosopher & thinker who loves humor at work. He is a tennis fan and unwinds by listening to western instrumental music.
Zeena Philip performs the role of Chief operating officer and manages the India Operations. She has close to three decades of diverse experience in supply chain, manufacturing and operations. She has held various leadership positions in diverse industries such as Healthcare, IT & Telecom. Prior to joining Rossell Techsys, she worked with GE Healthcare where she had an 18-year continuous stint, with the most recent role of leading GE’s largest manufacturing site as Operations Manager, in Bangalore, with a people strength of close to 700 people.
Zeena holds an Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication. Zeena has a strong execution, quality and process focus. She strongly believes in team empowerment and is passionate about mentoring and coaching, in particular, women in the workplace.
Nagasundaram Narayanaswamy leads the Development of Special Parts and Quality Systems.
Sundar brings more than thirty-one years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Tactical Supply chain management, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous improvement and startup of production facilities/ greenfield operations in Automotive and Aerospace industry. Prior to this, he worked with Boeing India as Head of production Operations/ Plant Head. Before joining Boeing, he worked with Collins Aerospace Systems, Delphi Automotive Systems and Lucas-TVS.
Sundar holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and master’s degree in production engineering.
Louis leads the shared services activity and is the organizational Management Representative as well as the Chief Information security officer (CISO).
He is a DGCA certified aircraft maintenance engineer on Boeing 737-200, Hawker Siddeley HS- 748 and Alouette III helicopters and a qualified ISO 9001:2008 lead auditor. A graduate in mechanical engineering, he is a qualified aeronautical engineer. During his service in the Indian Air Force, the key appointments that he held include Chief Engineering Officer for the Transport Aircraft Base, Senior Engineer Presidential Fleet of Aircraft and Senior Engineer (Aircraft) MRO. He has vast experience in setting up production and MRO facilities for aircraft overhaul.
In his previous role at the State Government of Victoria, Australia, India team, he was responsible for identifying business opportunities between India and the State of Victoria. His main role was to advise key players in the Australian Aviation & Aerospace vertical on India market entry strategies.
A keen sportsman, he has represented the state at national level in hockey. He is a great dancer, an enthusiastic traveler and loves spending time with family.
Boopathy has more than 22-years of experience in Production Planning & Control, Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Lean Management and managing projects at customer sites in USA and Singapore. He has had stints with Kennametal Widia, Cyient, UTC Aerospace Systems and SRM University. He has led various Engineering, Technology, Cost Reduction, Lean, and Transition Program activities.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from University of Madras, master’s degree in engineering (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Production & Operations). He is a certified PMP ®, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ-CSSBB) practitioner and a certified Functional Hazard Risk Assessment (FHRA) professional. He has volunteered for several Project Management International (PMI) activities such as review of standards, and for its chapters in training PMP aspirants, in addition to conducting several in-house workshops for Project Management team members.
Boopathy volunteers for Toastmasters International as a regular trainer and guest speaker in various programs organized by Toastmasters in several Corporate / Community / College clubs. He has been recognized with the highest honor of Toastmasters, known as the Distinguished Toastmaster, in the year 2014.
He is a regular Yoga Practitioner and enjoys the company of family and books.
Jayanth performs the role of Chief Finance Officer in Rossell Techsys Limited. He comes with 16 years of extensive experience across multiple industries and scale ranging from Fortune rated global MNCs to start-ups and MSMEs across Manufacturing, Food Retail, FMCG and Healthcare industries.
His professional areas of expertise include Financial Modelling, Business Finance, Cost optimisation, Turn-around & Transformation and Investor Relations.
Prior to joining Rossell Techsys, he has held senior leadership positions at Nandus Foods, Pristine Organics, HCG Group, Caterpillar.
When he is not crunching numbers, he enjoys theatre, playing chess and reading books.
Daniel leads the R&D and Information systems function. He has 30 years of industry experience spanning across Electricals & Electronics, Telecom hardware & software and Ethernet based Network Stack Software
He started his career with Larsen & Toubro in Mumbai and went on to work with NEC (USA), AT&T Paradyne Corp and Broadcom, developing and managing a suite of network protocols and products.
Daniel comes to Rossell with Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from College of Engineering, Guindy (Anna University, Chennai). Ignited by his passion for technology, he has dabbled in design & development of very successful electronic products and software solutions, amongst which are the innovative “Z” line fuel dispensers and various network switches and routers.
In his free time, Daniel loves to travel, explore new places and cultures, and delve into behind-the-scene workings of new gadgets.
Anand Dhandapani leads the Quality Management System (QMS) function.
With over 25 years of rich experience in the aerospace industry, Anand has demonstrated proven competencies in QMS, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), and industrialization within the aerospace domain. Prior to joining Rossell Techsys, he has worked with leading aerospace organizations such as Pratt & Whitney- Canada, Safran, and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), gaining valuable exposure across global aerospace ecosystems in Russia, Canada, and France.
Anand holds a master’s degree in aerospace engineering with a specialization in propulsion from Riga Aviation University, Baltic States.
His extensive exposure includes overseeing technical support, maintenance & repair, and quality aspects of various aircraft, including MiG, Sukhoi, Fokker, Cessna, Dornier, and ALH, as well as aero engines such as turboprop, turbofan, and turboshaft engines.
Anand is a certified Lead Auditor for AS9100 D and holds additional credentials such as Six Sigma Black Belt, NADCAP, REACH, CEMILAC, and DGAQA. He is committed to continuous self-development, ensuring alignment with evolving global aerospace requirements.
Beyond work, Anand enjoys playing tennis and practicing kickboxing as part of his active lifestyle.
Dr. Rakesh Kumar leads the R&D and Program Management functions at Rossell Techsys, bringing over 25 years of experience in managing complex, transglobal programs across the product lifecycle. His expertise spans embedded systems, electro-mechanical LRUs, and ATE systems for aerospace and defense applications.
A veteran of the Indian Navy, he served for over a decade in flight servicing, inspection, and MRO of aircraft, helicopters, and UAVs, both ashore and aboard naval vessels. His strong foundation in defense operations adds depth to his leadership in technology-driven initiatives.
Dr. Rakesh holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Sydney, a Master’s in Project Management, and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is a certified PMP and PMI-RMP and actively contributes to the profession through his roles with PMI Bangalore and SAEINDIA.
He has been instrumental in establishing PMOs and embedding program management as a strategic function across organizations.
Outside of work, Dr. Rakesh is a poet and speaker with a love for nature and patriotic themes, known for his engaging storytelling and thoughtful insights.
Manian Rajaram leads the Supply Chain Management function.
He brings over 25 years of rich experience in Supply Chain and Program Management. His career spans leadership roles in globally recognized organizations, where he has demonstrated the ability to drive operational excellence in complex, international environments.
He has held key positions at industry leaders including Solectron, Sanmina, Hitachi, and Infosys, where he contributed to the success of large-scale supply chain and program initiatives. His expertise covers end-to-end supply chain operations, strategic planning, vendor management, and execution of high-impact programs.
Manian holds an MBA with dual specializations in Operations and Human Resource Management, equipping him with a strong blend of analytical and people management skills. His academic credentials, coupled with hands-on experience, make him a well-rounded and effective leader in the supply chain domain.
Outside of work, Manian is a passionate and multifaceted individual. A music enthusiast and avid cook, he enjoys exploring creative outlets beyond the professional realm. A practitioner of yoga, he values holistic well-being and balance in life. He is also deeply committed to environmental conservation and sustainability.
Renu leads the corporate communications function. With more than 25 years’ industry experience, she has spent significant part of her career as a freelancer, mastering various aspects such as copywriting, proofreading, editing, and public relations.
Her experience included supporting an eclectic mix of projects for colleges, government agencies and corporates. Some of her industry associations were with CMC Limited, Portal Player, LVL7 systems and Melcole PR. Beyond the corporate landscape, she has assisted doctoral and post-doctoral researchers, particularly in the field of entomology, in publishing their research transcripts, theses, and dissertations. With her keen eye for detail and meticulous word-by-word reviews, she has ensured the production of error-free manuscripts. She had stints with educational institutions, teaching senior grade students.
Although she embarked on her career in an administrative capacity, her passion for the written word, coupled with her vast appetite for reading, led her to flourish as a freelance subject matter specialist in the realm of content creation, editing, and proofreading.
Renu received her master’s degree in English Literature from MLSU, Udaipur. She did her graduation from Rajasthan University, Jaipur and also holds a diploma in computer science. She is a certified Proof-reading Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Beyond her professional achievements, she is a multi-talented individual with an array of hobbies, including interior design, gardening, crochet, knitting and everything and anything to do with yarns. she finds pleasure in unravelling crossword puzzles too.
As the leader of our HR function, Roseanne brings a wealth of experience in the Human Resource Domain. She has worked in diverse industries, such as Manufacturing, Telecom, IT and ITES. Her impactful professional journey includes leadership roles at Elohim Adonai Infotech, Mobily Infotech, Stovekraft India, Nagarjuna Oil Corporation, HCL Technologies.
With a proven track record in shaping and executing strategic HR practices, Roseanne excels in steering employee engagement initiatives and optimizing operational procedures and performance management systems. An ardent advocate of measuring the effectiveness of HR processes and interventions within the business and the overall Organisational culture.
She holds an undergraduate degree from Stella Maris College, Chennai, Post graduation in Business Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Senior Management Certification from IIM-Ahmedabad. She is a certified Organization Development Analyst and a certified Compensation & Benefits Specialist.

Ajosh Mathew leads the pre-sales activities at Rossell Techsys. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Madras University and brings over 24 years of experience across diverse functions, including Product Costing, Product Development, Vendor Development, Project Management, and ERP & Software Tools Implementation.
Ajosh has worked with renowned organizations such as TE Connectivity, GE BE Pvt Ltd, and Kaynes Interconnections. His expertise lies in the design of interconnection systems for aerospace and various other applications.
In his leisure time, Ajosh enjoys playing football and cricket.
Vipina serves as Secretary- Rossell Techsys Inc. and Manager Stake holder relationships. She leads the Tempe operations at Rossell Techsys Inc. Arizona, bringing over 14 years of extensive experience in Quality Management, Training, and Operations. Prior to her role at Rossell Techsys, she served as a Quality Control Engineer at CM Envirosystems, where she played a key role in enhancing product quality.
Vipina holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, and an internal auditor for multiple ISO and AS standards, reflecting her deep commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Formerly a senior Air Force officer, he has over two decades of experience, providing techno-managerial leadership in Aviation, Communication, Maintenance establishments and Electronic Warfare. He retired as Group Captain from the Indian Air Force.
He has bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a master’s degree in business management from IIT Kharagpur. He is a trained internal auditor for AS9100 and ISO 9001. He is a member of Computer Society of India and also a life member of National Institute of Personnel Management.
RRJ is detail oriented and a strong advocate of inter-team communication and cohesiveness with hands-on approach for achieving program objectives.
In his free time, he loves to play Carnatic music and enjoys playing squash and volleyball.
Sanil has over 27 years of experience in aviation and automotive sectors. During his tenure with Indian Air Force, key appointments held by Sanil include Joint Director- Operations, Plant Head- Aviation components manufacturing in fighter aircraft MRO, Fleet maintenance manager for the fourth generation fighter aircraft, Faculty for aeronautical engineering, Project co-ordination manager for National level aviation programs He has also held positions of Senior General Manager (Plant Head) for automotive engine cylinder blocks manufacturing division of a machine tools OEM.
Sanil holds two bachelor’s degrees, in mechanical engineering and in aeronautical engineering. He did his masters in management. He is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers India, Life Member Aeronautical Society of India and Member Indian Management Association. Certified in Advanced Manufacturing Methods, Six Sigma Black Belt, Project management & Aviation components indigenization, he is also a lead auditor ISO 9001 & internal auditor AS 9100.
He is a movie buff, passionate gourmet and a keen golfer.
CBM Mishra is advisor to IT function in Rossell Techsys. He has extensive experience of four decades in various key domains such as Aerospace & Defense, Government Business, Banking and Finance, Industrial Automation, Mining, Telecom, and Transportation/Logistics. In this professional journey of 40 years, he wore many hats working as Operation Head, Product design and development head, Pre-sales and Post-sales support, and Consulting for both Government and Corporate sectors. Having strategic acumen in Planning, People management, Partner management, and Vendor management, he has delivered many cross-functional projects successfully from ‘concept to implementation’ for onshore as well as offshore landscape. He also has an international patent to his credit.
For major part of his career, he has worked with CMC LTD., and TATA Consultancy Services and also provided his expertise as consultant to companies in aerospace and defense domain.
CBM has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani and he earned his MTech. from IIT Delhi.
