Rishab is one of the Promoters and founding members of Rossell Techsys Limited. As the Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors, he drives the enterprise vision and strategic direction with dynamic leadership and an innovative mindset. An alumnus of Suffolk University, Massachusetts, USA, Rishab brings expertise in marketing management and excels at building strategic partnerships with global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their Tier- 1 partners. Rishab’s passion and commitment to aviation includes his experience as a non-certified pilot.

His diverse interests include exploring uncharted destinations, immersing himself in different cultures and cuisines. A travel enthusiast, he values the insights gained from his global explorations, which he leverages to drive international business growth.

In addition to his role as Managing Director, Rishab is a key member of the proprietary group of Rossell India Limited, serving as a Director on the Board and heading the Management Council of Rossell Techsys Ltd.

His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in the company’s expansion and success in the highly competitive aerospace and defense sector.

Rishab is also deeply passionate about cricket, enjoying the sport whenever time permits. His leadership is characterized by a blend of youthful energy and strategic foresight, making him a pivotal figure in the company’s continued growth and innovation.
